1 pack of Amoy Udon noodles
70g of minced beef
1 teaspoon of red food colouring
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
2 dessert-spoons of tahini
4 fl oz of cold water
Oil or cooking spray
Utensils
Small mixing bowl
Wooden spoons
Wok
Dessert-spoon
Measuring jug

1. Put the water in a mixing bowl, then add the tahini to it. Next, add the food colouring and the soy sauce before mixing it together with a dessert-spoon, then put it aside for now.
2. Apply oil or cooking spray to the wok and fry the minced beef until nicely browned, finely chopping it with a wooden spoon as you go.
3. When the mince is cooked and chopped, add the sauce and the noodles and cook until the sauce is absorbed, then serve and eat it while it's hot.
